How long does it usually take for the AVR to update to case complete? My sons case was SIF a week ago but AVR still says same thing, we received your checklist on april 2th please allow 6-8 weeks for processing etc.

2 to 11 days. If it's past that, there's either a lag or an issue. If an issue, expect an RFE.

The AVR is lagged, between 1 to 8 days behind any actual event. Now, the actual event that you want, still requires a human to review all, and to 'get in that queue' - my god - no frickin clue for turnaround time :(

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Though I do not have close friends on the posts, I wanted to let everyone know that my wife just had her visa interview and was told to return back at 2 PM her time to pick up the visa. Really happy tonight!!!
