I feel your pain Kev. Hang in there buddy- this week for sure! Call once a day.. no big deal for that.

Thanks Alicia. I'm sure I'll break down and call after while. Maybe I'll give um time to pick the lunch out of their teeth, accept the fact that lunch time is over and get their asses back to work.

I SIF on the 30th... so i predict tomorrow will be your day!!! :thumbs:

It doesn't seem they are following the order of SIF/CC! Some who had SIF in April 6th already got an interview!

Timeline :

MAY 21 09 : Application I-130 sent LPR

OCT 18 09: Spouse became USC

JAN 22 10: USCIS Online status showed I-130 APPROVED!!

NVC Journey:

If my husband doesnt schedule his medical THIS AFTERNOON I am going to be a widow :whistle:

They want it done 14 days prior to the interview... that puts us um... TOO CLOSE AS IT IS! Im freakin out...

You have 22 days left! How long does the medical take? For us he went on friday, she sent him for some blood work and xrays, and today he got his ok....so 3 days...

Interview dates have absolutely NOTHING to do with when one got their CC.

It is completely dependent on your particular Embassy/Consulate.

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.
08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.

01/25/2010: I-130 NOA2
03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.

There's no holiday in the Phils this week is there?? There's one nearly every week, but I hope there's not THIS week..LOL rofl.gif Hopefully today's our day!!

I feel ya. This entire week is a holiday for Bangkok. All I can hope is that it won't delay the scheduling.

Fill it out for him, scan and email it to him, so he just has to sign and date it. That's what I did for my husband. We put that he had help from his wife on the DS-230, at interview we will say I am better at forms and such, and he gave me all the information.

Ditto. We're telling the truth -- Husby was very wrapped up in his own forms to file for his work, while I had spare time to do the visa paperwork.

Sorry TatyanaR. It was a joke, I am stuck in getting papers from India.

My case is still not complete, I did not send in my DS230 yet.

I want to call for sure but I can not because my case is not complete due to the fact that the civil papers are not complete.
