03.02.10: Paid AOS/IV bills Online

03.04.10: AOS shows paid

03.08.10: IV shows paid

03.15.10: AOS & DS230 packages sent to NVC

03.17.10: AOS & DS230 packages delivered @ 11:05am

03.22.10: Packages received according to AVR

03.30.10: RFE per AVR - J1 Visa Waiver

03.31.10: Overnighted the waiver to NVC

04.01.10: RFE delivered @ 9:14am signed by J. Desmond

04.05.10: I SIF!!!!!!!! GOD IS GOOD & FULL OF MIRACLES!!!!!

04.06.10: Case Completed per AVR

05.25.10: Hubby's interview @ 7:30am. Thank you LORD!!!!

05.25.10: Visa approved & picket up @ VFS - THANK YOU GOD!

05.27.10: Hubby's home sweet home

March 20 - Mail NOA2 HardCopy

March 20 - NVC Case Number assigned

March 23 - Got NVC Case Number and gave emails

March 25 - Got AOS Bill / DS-3032

March 27 - Emailed DS-3032

March 27 - Paid AOS Bill

March 31 - AOS Bill shows PAID

March 31 - DS-3032 sent by email accepted

April 07 - Paid IV Bill

April 09 - IV Bill shows PAID

April 09 - Sent AOS package via USPS

April 12 - AOS package Delivered and signed by N. Visa Center

April 13 - Sent DS-230 package via USPS

July 07 - Wife got visa in hand!! Thank You Bhagvan / inşallah =)

Aug 02 - Wife's POE!!! (Excited) =)

Aug 02 - Picked up my wife at 8:45 pm (Super happy to be with her again) =)

Gotta be false, esp if you didnt get an email for it. since when does AVR get updated BEFORE emails get sent??! its fake

Actually that's not true. AVR can be updated days BEFORE you get an email for an RFE....keep calling! :( :(

USCIS (122 days)

09-25-09 : NOA1 I-130

10-05-09 : NOA1 I-129

01-25-10 : NOA2 I-130/I129 Text & email

NVC (62 days)

01-29-10 : NVC case number assigned via AVR

04-01-10 : SIGN IN FAILED WAHOoooo!!!

05-27-10 : Interview....visa Approved!!!

06-02-10 : Picked up Visa at Embassy

06-04-10 : POE NYC...no delays or problems.

Removing Conditions

3/30/12 I-751 filed and sent to USCIS CA Service Center

4/3/12 NOA1

5/30/12 Biometrics completed Santa Rosa, CA early walk-in without problem

10/11/12 Green Card approved

10/17/12 Green Card received

Hey Alicia :)your interview is just around the corner it's crazy!!! Did you start stressing out over that yet? I know i will :)

No good news as of yet... just keep refreshing my inbox..... Grrrr. the worst thing is that I KNOW the embassy already received the package from NVC. And hubby just finished his medical exam today :) Clear to go!

How soon after you verified with operator did you get the email? I want to call them but I'm thinking if it's an hour difference, I might be better off clicking refresh, I don't enjoy conversations with NVC as much anymore :D
