My case completed as of yesterday(confirmed by the agent and AVR has been updated lastnight).. I dont think that NVC has enough time to put me in for MAY interview at Chennai consulate.... dont know how busy is that consulate and howmuch time NVC needs to finish it up(?)

Sachi or anybody else know how long is the Passport office PCC valid for Indian citizens? Do I need to worry about this or just ignore it since NVC has comleted the process(??????)

AVR always lags behind by days, I wouldn't worry....I use it to confirm things for fun about a week after I know a step is done   Don't think anything to worry about, talk to an operator if you want reassurance....well they are kinda :bonk: , but more reliable than AVR.

Thanks... hoped I was just being paranoid!

I will call them again tomorrow when I have a day off and can sit on hold all day... LOL!

Maybe in some way if you don't get an email at this stage saying you have an RFE, it's one of those "no news is good news" situations. (Trying to find something positive here, any way!)

Thanks Jaxson, Kevin and I are SOOONNNNN!!!!!

Okay, I met my VJ quota for the day, I have to get to work.....LOVE all of the May interviews

Actually RFEs get updated on the AVR first.

And then the email comes in.

Some people never check the AVR and get the email RFE first.

Christi--It's probably for your photographs that you sent in later--sometimes they have trouble linking up stuff that was sent without being asked for. Could be that. What did the AVR say precisely?

Most of us heard about our RFEs on the AVR, confirmed with an operator, sent in our RFE responses and then the email came in! :bonk:
