Ok so I’m filling out i-134 and had some questions.

1) Question # 10. Do I need to put in my fiancée’s name in her or is this about if I had previous applications submitted?

2) Question #11. Obviously I am applying for K-1 fiancée visa. What do I put in here? I will be marrying her as soon as she enters the USA and get AOS started. In that time frame obviously I will care for all her monetary needs. Can I just state "I intend to care for all her monetary and living needs."?

3) Do I need to send tax info because the information on the application say only if self employed.

4) On the instruction sheet they sent her from the Lebanese embassy it states "I-134 filled out and signed by petitioner, along with proof of petitioner’s employment". So does this mean just need form and letter from work saying I work for them and what position I have. Or do I need to have my employer put more info?

These are the questions Thank you in advance for your assistance.

1.) Question 10 Check yes, enter her name, fiance, and the date you filed I-129F.

2.) Question 11 Enter "intend", and state that you will be financially supporting her when she arrives. If you have been sending money until now, state also that you have provided support on her behalf since XXXdate.

3.) As for evidence, duplicate copies of your last 3 pay statements from your employer will suffice, as well as bank statements from the previous 3 months, and previous year's tax return.

For proof of employment, a letter from your supervisor, or boss on company letterhead with the date you started until the present would suffice. this along with your pay statements will cover the requirement.

Hope this helps.

These are the questions Thank you in advance for your assistance.

1) Item 10. yes, put her name there and in parenthesis "filing now w/129f petition)

2) Item 11. Not applicable and in parenthesis "K1 Visa process for permanent residence"

3)yes you have to as major proof of income. pay stubs are also accepted.

the instruction is to put your annual income AND THEN if you also happen to be self-employed, to include your last report of commercial rating...

4) employment cert is a very good proof too, w/c will prove what you claim/indicated in Item 7. It just needs to say what your position is, how long you've been w/the company and how much you earn.

good luck and god bless :)
