ok we just got merried 1 week ago ... so we are wondering whats next ...what paper work do i need to feel, where to send them and how much would it cost? anyone can help me out ...thx

oh she got here with the K1 visa :P usa -mexico

July27, 2009: send paper work

July 30, 2009: received I-129F

Agosto 02, 2009: NOA1 received (waiting time according to there page 5 months almost 3 months)

October 26, 2009: my fiance visa I129f was approve (waiting on for the latter on the mail to see whats next.)

November 2, 2009 NOA 2 Received

November 6, 2009 NVC fwd the appropriate visa-issuing post

December 18, 2009 Recive the papers so she could go to the interview (filling out paper work )

January 11, 2010 Medical Exam

January 12, 2010 Visa Approve WELCOME TO AMERICA

January 14, 2010 Visa arrives at the DHL office

i just have a quick question should i fill her peperwork with her regular name or the name we intend to change it whent its done

example

Current name: Maria Vazquez Sucedo

Name change: Maria Fuentes
