Trouble Acquiring CNCC (Police Clearance from Singapore)

I posted a similar question a few months ago but can't find my old post. So I apologize if redundant.

My wife and I married a year ago. She is in the Philippines I am in USA. We are trying to get a Police Clearance from her time as OFW in Singapore. However it was over 6 years ago. She since has a new passport. Her old passport was destroyed so she has no documentation showing she was in SIngapore (arrival departure stamp in passport). She received a letter from her employer in Singapore stating her stay. But the employer also did not keep her files this long and doesn't have her work permit number which is asked for on the CNCC application.

I'm wondering if anyone has had a situation like this and what we can do to get the CNCC?

Thanks
