1- will you please tell me what documents needed to Remove Conditions on Permanent Residence Based on Marriage?

2- do i have to send a copy of my marriage certificate to the immigration with document?

3- what is the fees required for this procedures?

4- i live in fairfax, VA , where is the the immigration office i can appy for?

please help me

1. you need to send in all documents that show good faith marriage. These include

IRS tax returns showing joint filing

bank statements showing joint accounts

Car insurance

credit card statements

401k plans showing each other as beneficiaries

utility bills showing both names.

mortages/leases/rent

this is a suggested list but you can include anything you feel will support your case.

2. no, marriage certificate is not required.

3. currently, it is $545 which includes $80 biometrics fee

4. VA residents need to apply at Vermont Service center.

Your picture for new card will be taken at Biometrics

And you don't have to send any passport type picture when you send package.

do i have to take any vaccination?

also my current residency card will expire in 07/10/2010 when do i have to send my documents ?
