I was just reading in the FAQ about having to include 4 copies of the G-325A form with my I-129F. Is this correct?

Thanks,

Michael

Yes. You must submit 4 copies of G325A signed.

No. This is old information so please ignore the previous poster. The old form had 4 copies whereas the new form only has one.. and the FAQs still haven't been updated.

Some people are still including 4 copies just to be safe but it's not actually needed and you will find several posts where people confirm they only sent 1 copy and have had no issues.

Thank you for the reply. I got worried. I just had my fiancee send out 3 copies signed and was waiting on them to submit and don't want to have to wait any longer. :) I made 3 copies of the entire I-129F packet.
