On the Form I-864 it states that it is required to send a form I-864a if your using the income of a relative who lives in the same household. My wife and I are just recently living with my mother. How do we prove that we are living there ?

On the Form I-864 it states that it is required to send a form I-864a if your using the income of a relative who lives in the same household. My wife and I are just recently living with my mother. How do we prove that we are living there ?

Some things that can help to prove this are:

A lease/rental agreement

An affidavit from your mother stating that you have been living there since: xx/xx/xxxx

Mail addressed to each of you at the same address

Driver's Licenses showing the same address
