California Service Center Processing Time

Hello Everyone,

My husband filed (2) I-130's for both of his parents at the end of October 2009. We received the Notice of Action dated November 5, 2009. When logging in online, it states that both are still in the initial process. Is anyone else still waiting for answer from the California Service Center? How long does this part of the process usually take? I've noticed other people on here have received approvals within a few months and then their case was sent over to the NVC.

I filed for my mom in nov 30/09,and was really fast,luck my signature,i send it to chicago and from there california ,now I am on NVC waiting for interview letter,hope that you get any info soon,
