well the sooner the USCIS approves me i can get touched by my fiance :lol: but for now the USCIS touches are accepted. :D

I am hoping to be touched very soon(love for it to be by my man) but I want USCIS!!!!!!!!

December 19 2005 ----Date I-129F Sent

January 1 2006 ----Our ONE YEAR ANNEVERSARY (MISS YOU BABY EVEN MORE)

January 3 2006----I-129F NOA1 (Receipt)

January 19 2006 ----Touched due to E-Mail

March 22 2006 ------ E-Mail Approval

March 27 2006 ------Approval received in snail mail

March 28 2006 ------NVC received case

March 31 2006 -----NVC finished processing care

April 3 2006 ------NVC send case to embassy

April 21 2006 Medical Exam

April 25 2006 Interview Date for Fiancee Viza @ 11 AM in Zagreb CROATIA

April 25 2006 VISA APPROVED HAd to go to pick up VISA @ 3 pm .

May 12 2006 Coming to th USA .

2-15-2006 - LOST EXPRESS MAIL RECEIPT SO I CAN'T EVEN TRACK IT TO CONFIRM IT WAS RECEIVED

2-16-2006 - FOUND MY EXPRESS MAIL RECEIPT!!!! Confirmed I-129F package arrived!! YAY!!!!!!

3-1-2006 - TOUCHED!!!!!! Check cleared the bank, now have case #!!!!

3-2-2006 - TOUCHED AGAIN - RECEIVED NOA1 FROM CSC!!!!!!!!!

4-7-2006 through 4-17-2006 - Visited my baby in Colombia ( Had a GLORIOUS time)

5-25-06 - RECEIVED LETTER FROM NVC CONFIRMING RECEIPT AND SENDING OF PETITION TO EMBASSY

6-5-06 - PACKET 3 RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

6-16-05 - PACKET 4 RECEIVED!!!!!!!! Interview scheduled for July 14th!!!!!!!

7-14-06 - VISA DENIED DU TO LACK OF EVIDENCE

8-1-06 - Second interview - VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

9-29-06 - He arrived!!!!

10-19-06 - Married at a small ceremony

11-10-0 - sent AOS package

11-17-06 - RECEIVED NOA1 for AOS and EAD

11-27-06 - RECEIVED BIOMETRICS APPT 4 12-14-06 WOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO

2-1-07 - RECEIVED E-MAIL THAT EAD WAS APPROVED!!!!!!!

2-3-07 - RECEIVED EAD CARD IN THE MAIL!!! Lucked out on that one!!!

I do the same thing :blush: my fiance telling me Im getting crazy and that the looking is not gonna help but Its hard when I work with PC at work and Ive got another one at home.

I would like to ask you, we received the same email as you did on wednesday after asking for more info about our case and got the same answer to wait 45 days........ I just checked the USCIS account and we got touched too, well I think is due to the email. What was the message you had there after the touch. Ours was: On February 16, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. - so Im sure thats due to the email......but still hope that our case is on somebodys desk and that person is going to have a look at it soon.

I got no messege from them when I was touched. The date was updated but there was nothing new in the messege area. So im hoping thats a good thing.
