Nothing stops you from filling out the forms and arranging evidence and sending it in. However it is most likely a waste of time and postage. For the lest several months they cancel the K3 when it is approved with the I 130. It may actually slow you up while the synchronize the two.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

hi

because i want bring my wife quicker

Look at the timelines here, is a K-3 really much quicker? In the Philippines it isn't.

Plus with a K-3 you'll then have to spend $1,010 for AOS to get her greencard.

So if K-3 was say 1 month quicker then is it worth the $1,010?

The K-3 is administratively dead. Nothing stops you from filing it but it is practically useless. Begin reading posts on here to find out why.

It can take up to 60 days to get your NOA-2. This process is about patience.

Good luck

Normal petitions take about 60 days at USCIS but you come from one of the slow countries and things are very unpredictable with the additional check done. You may get through in 60 days and you could be one of those terrible cases that take a year. Hopefully you get approval quickly
