need some advice before petitioning my fiance

Hi Need some quick advice to you guys before i start filing my petition for my fiance. Here's our situation... My fiancee is in working in Saudi Arabia right now and her contract will finish in June 10 2010 and scheduled to go back home in the Philippines. My question is this: Can I file and petition her right now and just address everything to the Philippines where she'll be back in June or do I have to wait till June 10 when she's back in the Philippines before I start petitioning and mailing the necessary paper works? Because I want her to come here ASAP but just wanna know if its complicated if I start right now instead in June. thanks for the time and hope you guys can help me out in this.
