each time I call, I get a busy signal. is it always like that? I've been trying several times to call them, but still no luck. grrrrr!!!!

I had the best luck calling either early in the morning (before 8:30am EST) or later at night (after 9:30pm EST). Hope they have it soon! Good luck!

Call them around 7:30pm to 9:30 pm or right close to midnight. That is when they told me the best times to call them. And except for once it worked great for me. Sometimes had a little wait, but it was worth it getting the information.

Yeah, those times work best for me as well. During the day is madness with busy signal. At night I can get through on the first dial.
