When you get notification about your interview, does NVC email you? Or does that come from the Embassy? And how long does it normally take?

Good luck on your interview :)

Mine is on April 14!!!!!

Please let us know how it all went?

Oh, BTW - I applied for the K3 Visa and understand that it is now CR1 etc, but, are you bringing a copy of your AOS? I sent mine in when we completed the I-864 so, I'm not sure why anyone would bring it since the info is in front of them? We for some very stupid reason didn't make a copy of it and I'm concerned they are going to ask me for it.

Thanks, La Souris! That's what I wanted to know.

Veronicali - I am taking a copy of everything we have sent. Since everything was emailed, they might want to look at the originals for the AOS. I know they want to see the originals for the DS-230 info. I am going to take Wyatt's approach - better to be overprepared than under!

Hi Veronicali,

You don't need a copy of your I-864, yes, they will have it in front of them. What you will want to take is updated financial information from your sponsor - recent pay stubs also, you should have the 2009 tax return by then, since the cut off is April 15th, so if possible you should also have that.

Also, can you fill in your timeline please, it helps everyone :)
