He is the one who petion to my son who is in Philippines.

March 31, 2010-Send the petion through USPS. :)

Am hoping it will turn good.Nothing would be a problem.

Hi cHiQy,

I am so worried about the papers my husband sent to USCIS, Because we are the one who prepared everything and just read everything in USCIS website.

cHiQy may I ask you a question about the papers you send, What are the papers you sent and how did you know the update of your papers you sent.?

I just hope that we passed all the papers needed. It's our first time to do it by ourselves.

I am so glad that we can share in this website. I just thought that I am not alone having this type of case.

Hello sweetmerce,

I am the one who gathered all the documents that are needed for my husband's petition for my daughter (because he's busy working).

The packet that we sent contains the I-130 form(signed&dated), my husband naturalization certificate - copy, his U.S passport - copy, our marriage certificate - copy, my daughter's birth certificate - copy, and the $355 processing fee - check.

If you send yours through USPS, you can get a delivery confirmation by tracking your mail. You could also see if your check was already cashed through your bank account.

I guess all the documents that they've received from us are correct due to that they already cashed our check.
