Ok, we've completed everything from the initial K-1V all the way through citizenship and this petition process is by far the most confusing thing we've yet encountered. Here's where we are:

We've already paid the $70 AOS fee and it shows "Paid". The next line, " IV Application Processing Fees" shows "Not Invoiced". What's the next step?

Exactly what are you applying for A K1 visa is for unmarried couples but has no bill you pay like that , the Cr1 is for married couples trying to move to the US and that has various bill to pay and then after 3 years you can apply for citizenship. I suspect you are filing for a CR1 ?
