I've lived in the U.S. for 20 years now. And I am a perminent resident, because of the hardship that I have with my children with both of them being disabled and all. I haven't gotten the chance to file for citizenship. My question is can I file for my mother to come to this contry on a Visa? Would me being a perminent resident, would that affect me from filing? please any help or advice would be great. My mom is getting up their in age and her health is not so good I just want her here with me that way I can take care of her. Please, Please any help would be great.....Thank you

If you want your mom to stay in the US, you need to be a US citizen to file for her.

Moved from "Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g")to "Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America".

(I know you're not a citizen, but it seems like the best place to fit it. Any other organizer can move it if they see it fits best elsewhere, thanks)

US is not a good place to be if she has medical issues.
