Just wondering if education of a spouse from Ghana has any effect on the way the visa process goes. So is my husband is not a college graduate or have a fancy education will that affect the process of getting his visa? Or are they granting most Visa's to those who have college educations?

NO, it does not matter the education level... YOU as the US citizen are filing a petition to bring YOUR husband here, once that is approved, your husband files the visa application... Education is not considered, as long as you two have a common language and can communicate and meet the other criteria for the spouse visa... you are good to go

Not for family based visas. It does however play into some of the work visas.

Does My Husbands Education Matter when it comes to a Visa? No, unless has specific training in nuclear or biological weaponry. If that's the case, he will need to be 'MANTIS CLEARED' at some point.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I have no diploma's whatsoever, not even highschool. Been to school but never finished.

I was never questioned about anything. (Though I do not know how it works in other countries)

Love is patient and kind;

it is not jealous or conceited or proud;

love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;

love does not keep a record of wrongs;

love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth.

Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail.

Love is eternal.

Thanks to everyone who has posted on this subject...I pray it doesn't matter but my husband has an education just not a high profile education.. And I'm dealing with Ghana and they aren't the easiest to deal with when it comes to visa's as far as I have heard..... So I'm just really nervous and not sure how to handle everything.... But as far as language we both speak english so that isn't a problem......
