Any i dea of how long to get your case to FBI

Good day to all,I just wanted to ask you guys if you have any idea if my husbandrequest my case to the FBI.as i was refuse entry in the states on my fourth visit there..he just requested it yesterday,and we wanted to know if anyone here had done that or anyone knew how long it will take for us to know my situation or case there...pls do hlep..im thanking in advance...god bless!

Some of the forms that that I have seen have a standard 6-8 weeks to get a reply. But this does not garantee they will reply to you with in that tiime.

thanks for the info...you really look good together...im really wishing both a goodluck on your case..god bless!!!please keep us posted of your case too.coz im in k3 petition too but i dont know if i will get approve for my interview coz of my refusal entry last 2004 for a tourist visa in the states..hope and pray that everything will be okay for all of us... :D

Thank you, same to you. I have been told by other members on VJ that being denied a tourist visa does not affect your K visa application.

A lot of people here at VJ, have been denied for a b-2 visa but have gone on to sucessfully obtain a k-1.

The b-2 is completely different-you should be fine!
