Ok...question 10 ask... " I have submitted a visa petition to the U.S. Citizen and Immigration services on behalf of...."

I never have before, but am presently, and need this form to finish the application. So do I include the person I am applying for presently or are they talking about in the past have I ever?

question 11.... Do I intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in question # 3.

Well yes I do intend to support him .....jeesh I am marrying him. So how do I answer this one? They want exact nature and duration. Ahhhhh for the rest of my life.....anything he needs

You can stand me at the gates of hell, but I wont back down.

You may need it for the K-1 but you do not need it for the I-129F

Yes, you include the current beneficiary's name on the form

Look to the top of any page, click on example forms...

moving to consulate forum where all topics I-134 are suggested to be posted

Hi yanke !

I had the same question reference question #11 ..... the example you will find on VJ shows neither block checked and in the remarks " N/A ( K-1 visa process .... ) so on and so on. There has been A LOT of discussion over this for years. pushbrk I think had the best response to my inquiry ..... he has seen problems with that answer to the question over time ( depending on which embassy you are dealing with ). Soooo, I am going to check the intend box and type in

" Support for Spouse "

Best Wishes and Good Luck !!!!!
