I still have not received my NOA1 but they have cashed my check, there is a slew of numbers stamped on back of it. can anyone tell me what the format or how many digits is the receipt number is so I can guess which one it is? Thanks in advance

July 17 2006 Sent I-129F to TSC

July 19 2006 packet received by TSC

July 27 2006 case received at CSC

July 28 2006 touched (to process/send NOA1)

Aug 01 2006 check cashed

Aug 05 2006 NOA1 received in mail

Oct 03 2006 Touched (RFE sent)

Mine started with LIN.

I don't get my checks back, I can only look at them online. The numbers on the back were almost illegible. However, I knew I had to find LIN (or 3 letters of some sort), so I guessed at the rest. First time I entered the numbers on the website, I came up with someone's app for a worker visa from 1998. Second time was for someone's visa for a fiance/spouse from the Middle East (2002 or so). Third time I finally got it. lol

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

I entered the best guess as to the number and it gave information that LOOKS to be mine...is there a way to be sure?

If you click on the link on the page after you log in, it should take you to a copy of your NOA1, which lists your names.
