Hello Everyone. my fincaee has picked up the Visa packet for a K-1 visa from the Embassy. They require the I-134 form filled out by me and signed and on the checklist its one of the required items before she can complete the vias packet and send it to the Embassy.

My question is if I cannot get the I-134 to her in time what other options do I have in getting the form to her and supporting documents.

Please any help would be appreciated. THank you in advance.

The I-134 is definitely required at the time of the interview and it must bear your ORIGINAL signature, so faxing it or scanning it to your fiancee is not an option. DHL or Fed-Ex would most likely be your best choices (although be forewarned that Fed-Ex to a foreign country can be expensive).

You do know that there are other items which you must give to her for her interview including a leter from your employer, recent pay stubs, Last years taxes and W-2 forms, PLUS updated letter of intent to marry...

Hope you have read the K-1 guides to become familar with all that is required at the time of the interview...

Good luck,

Alan

Hi guys. Thank you for your response it really helpful.

I know i have other information that i need to send, But the most important question was the I-134. The rest i can scan and email for example w-2s, tax returns and etc.....

So from what i understand Im going to need to send original I-134 to her to ensure no delays, because if the Lebanese embassy doesn't accept the Notarized copies then they will not process anything.

Another question is does anyone think or no of any cases if I were to fax it directly to the US embassy in Lebanon from the notary?

thank you
