Clock Chimes in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada side??

I was wondering if anyone could identify the chimes in the Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada side that can be heard. I was there with my now fiancee on the past Valentines day and recorded my proposal to her. Everything was perfect, right before I proposed these chimes started which I would assume were from some clock tower or something near by. I can barely hear it in the video

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what song it was or where it was coming from. We were right in that courtyard right in front of the Sheraton Falls View hotel near the Rainbow Bridge and it was about 11 o clock at night or so.
