Sorry about the link. Dont know what happended there. Get the quick one- call and you will get it even quicker (if you can make your way through the touched tone messages!). You want to send it to you and make copies so that when you AOS you have them already! You might have to get 2009 before AOS but you will have the other two already.

If you make enough that is shown and not using assets then you only need the W-2s/1099s and transcripts. If you are using assets you need the bank letters and any other things that show the assets.

Hope that helps!

so they def need a letter form bank, even tho they aren't using any assets as their employment alone is enough?

Please read form instructions... form I-864 states that assets are optional, thus a letter from the bank would most likely only be needed if you income is not sufficient

They are in the K-1 Process right now- from their timeline. So they need the I-134 for now.

AOS will come at some point meaning I-864.

If they have enough with their income, thats all they need to show. If you are using assets other forms of income proof are needed.

You need tax RETURN transcripts not tax ACCOUNT transcripts. They can be faxed immediately upon request by phone. If the W2's are available it won't hurt to include them. To do so is particularly important when it's a joint tax return as it's the only way to determine which portion of the total income is the sponsor's.

oh ok, was looking at the transcripts and obviously didn't work out the right one i need, so a tax return transcript. What sort of things do they ask when ordering the tax transcript? Cause not me getting them, my co-sponsor n wants to know. And then how do you get them to fax to you in stead of sending it?

and then getting that, i need the one for the 1040 right?

side point,

do tax transcripts show any info on the tax payer being behind on paying their taxes. For instance, they are paying them but on credit so not in one go and are still paying them now month by month. Is that a problem, or does it even show that kind of info on there?

 ok. lets try this again, u need the tax transcript. the questions/options are on the form; please take a look at it. to get them to fax it, again on the form, you can either fax them a copy requestin a fax back, or better yet call them when you are near a fax and have them fax while you are still on the phone.

Tax return transcripts do not. Tax account transcripts probably do. I haven't see one from anybody who was behind.

so the tax transcript i am doing it for, they file joint taxes. Do i have to use only one of them, or as they file together i can use both their pay together?

As I already said, the qualifying income must be from ONE individual. So, a tax return transcript WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT. In addition, you'll need the W2 and/or 1099 forms applicable to the actual sponsor and must state only the sponsor's income as current income, not the joint income.
