Its 3 pm and there is no thread for Saturday or am I missing it.

Went to Fond Du Lac for a book sale of over 30,000 books. What a bunch of #######! It wasn't worth being gone all day!

First day of spring and we got about 2 inches of snow. WTH!

Kamal recieved his 10 year green card today!! DONE with USCIS! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Congrats on the 10yr card Terrie!! I have been out looking for a chest of drawers or something I can use for my hubby's clothes when he gets here!! So far, the best deal I have found was at Target.....hmmm...even looked at craigslist and there isn't anything.. :blink:

Yea snow! :) Sorry, I know you are probably sick of it but here, although the weather is very nice, I know the wicked hot temperatures are coming. On those days I dream of snow to get through!!

Target can get you a good deal but keep in mind you have to assemble it yourself and it's in a million frickin pieces (from experience I tell you this!). Do you have an Ashley Furniture OR do you have a consignment/used furniture place around you? Those can be great places for deals...and they deliver!

As for myself...I'm in AOS H***! I don't want to say I'm almost done with the AOS package and then jinx myself, but it is getting closer to being done. I'm looking to send it out next week...just need to get the employers on the ball and get those letters written for me! But I'm about done with this computer for the day! Some times you can find a hidden treasure at a goodwill store or second hand stores

we just had a bit of snow tooo..

Try Big Lots if you have one in your area.....

Also getting ready for Azzeddine to get her in about 2 weeks..........omgosh it really does snow ball once it happens.....
