just wondering if anybody w/ RFE approval has had their case forwarded to either the NVC or consulate?

hi,my k3 got approved after i sent my 2nd rfe,it was sent to the consulate abroad today..

I-130 Timeline with USCIS

03/13/2006=I-130 MAILED

03/21/2006=I-130 NOA-1 (Notice Date):

03/28/2006=I-130 NOA-1 Received by Mail:

06/22/2006=I-130 NOA-2 Approval E-mail:

07/03/2006=I-130 NOA-2 Approval Received by Mail:

NVC Process of I-130:

7/12/2006=NVC Assigns Case Number:

07/24/2006DS 3032 and AOS Fee Bill Generated:

07/24/2006=emailed choice of agent :

07/25/2006=mailed aso fee

I-129F Timeline with NBC:

03/28/06 =I-129F Sent:

03/30/06 = I-129F NOA-1 (Notice Date):

04/04/2006 =I-129F NOA-1 Received by Mail:

07/02/2006= I-129 rfe received

07/05/2006I-129 rfe sent

07/10/2006=uscis emailed rfe received

07/11/2006=received 2rfe

07/12/2006=second rfe sent visa usps

07/18/2006=contacted atlanta senators office

07/25/2006=received email I129F K3 APPROVED..

07/31/2006=nvc received case and generated a case number

08/01/2006=case left nvc to india consulate via dhl

08/04/2006=case reached chennai embassy

08/07/2006=embassy mailed packet to my wife with interview date.

08/11/2006=packet received

08/28/2006=interview date

08/28/2006 =interview SUCCESSFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9/06/2006 = SHE ARRIVES HERE.ATLANTA GEORGIA.

Hi everyone.

i hve to have more evidence on the office by the 23 of this month, which i almost got, i hope its enough, i'm sending nore photos of my fiance and i, i'm also sending letters from other stating their knowledge of our relationship, is this a good idea? seem to me my 1 1/2 year old son should have been all the evidence they need. what else is there to send, he left in dec of 2008, i haven't traveled to mexico to see him. we just talk over the phone. three times a week, any advise? :blink::innocent:

skype pictures is important

emails

texts

parcel receipts

and if you transfer him money those receipts are helpful as well

2 year old thread...

03/25/2005- got married

USCIS

03/25/2011- I-130 sent in

03/26/2011- NOA-1

09/20/2011- Service Request

09/28/2011- Service Request Reply(extensive background check,allow 6 months...blah-blah..)

10/07/2011- RFE(4 pages)

11/15/2011- RFE reply sent back to USCIS

12/05/2011- reply for RFE showed up in the system (took them 20 days to locate and input in the system...lucky us...)

01/11/2012- NOA2(urrrrraaaaa!!!!)

NVC

01/23/2012-case received(took 12 days...waiting for the case #)

01/27/2012-case # received(but wrong Embassy assigned...has to change)

02/01/2012-invoices are e-mailed to both of us by NVC

02/07/2012-invoices are paid(had to wait due to the wrong assignment of the embassy )

02/14/2012-both packgs are sent in

02/29/2012-checklist for a missing copy of passport(not missing in reality,but either wait 20 days for a review or send it in again,so we sent it in...)

03/09/2012-case complete( could have taken less ,but well..who cares it is complete now!!!)
