Im almost ready to ship my package to Omsk for the interview next month.. Never got package from Embassy.. MOS Embassy list only 10 items needed for interview... Aside from these 10 and the 1-134 supplemental proof, what else is needed?

I don't see anything about the DS156, DS156K, DS157, or DS 158..

Which ones of these are needed and how many of each..

Greetings everyone,

Can anyone give me an idea of how long out the interview will be from the date the embassy receives our case? It seems to be a ####### shoot actually, and I do not trust the "average" number shown on the K1 statistics page for Moscow. We are just hoping she will be here by her birthday...

Check out our timeline for a recent turnaround. Figure a few days from the time it left NVC until officially received at Moscow.

Embassy link provided above. Please note that the DS-156K can only be downloaded from this link since it is in Russian and must be completed in Russian.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

And damn, Moscow does not appear to be updating visa appointments on their website for the time being. Which is unfortunate, because it used to give a good idea of about how far out interviews were being scheduled. So yes, barron is right, just look at timelines to get an idea of how far out they are. It's not an exact science, but none of this really is. :)
