So do I need to send a cover letter when I return the DS-3032? Since the DS-3032 has the case number on it already I would think that I wouldn't have to but along with the form they say to include name, case number, etc. whenever you communicate with them. Like I said, a bit of a stupid question but whatever.

you know there is 3 option that you can send the DS3032

As for the DS3032, you have 3 options:

1) Emailing it in the letter format that is found in the guides. Check it out. There's a ready made template. Use that.

2) Printing the form, filling it in, signing, scanning and emailing back to NVC.

3) Fill out the hardcopy and snail mail it.

Any of these WILL work. The email is obviously the easier choice. go to this link

the beneficiary should send that to NVC email address ando no need for a cover letter.
