Well,

Am extremely depressed because no answer yet. And December fillers are getting their approval. I don't know what to think. I know that VSC averages 5 months, but I figured we would hear something since people that filled after us are getting news.

Let's just say that the morale of the troops is very low. I don't know if we should call them, or if that would actually make any difference.

Congratualtions on everyone that is getting an answer now. I just thought we were going to have a summer wedding, but turns out I should forget about it.

Take comfort knowing you are as far as you are...patience. I wish we were at your stage, our 129- is going out next week to vermont, my consulate will be montreal. I wish i could help, keep your chin up. good luck

I think our situation is far more depressing,My fiance filled it july,we had an NOA2(approval notice)Dec17,so happy that we think its a case number nxt and my medical and interview...then jan 8 a letter that states our NVC turn back our papers in USCIS for review,then only this march 3 USCIS re open and reconsider it,then we had an RFE..Oh come on,we had this one in a million strange case!But in spite of all this we had a strong faith with this stressful sucking petition process...Now USCIS send back our petition in NVC...hahaha!!!So hang in there...SMILE! :)

Why did NVC return your papers back to USCIS? Im currently in between the USCIS to NVC stage. They sent it out to NVC on March 4 and till now more than 2 weeks they still haven't received it yet. I know they said wait between 2-4 weeks but I'm just getting worried coz other people who got approved the same time I did, NVC received there paperworks in a matter of days. So Im hoping nothing goes wrong. Good luck to you.

04-16-10 : E-mail from NVC that my approved petition is still at California Service Center :( (mail it already pls!!!)

04-19-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website & called USCIS, they said its "AMENDED"

04-20-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website (Dammit send it already)

04-21-10 : Got an e-mail from Congressman saying that USCIS mailed my petition to NVC (finally)

04-23-10 : Received "amended" NOA2 hardcopy in the mail

04-23-10 : NVC received

04-26-10 : Got MNL case # and petition left NVC to Manila Embassy

04-29-10 : Received by Consulate

USCIS didn't notice that my Fiancee forgot to answer a certain question in part C of the papers he passed,but i think its the idiot lawyer that he hired who said that she double check everything before he passed it,i wanna squeezed the face of that IDIOT!And i believe that is an old form coz i have seen one that has a choice of yes or no in it..But we just think of it this way,God have a very good reason for this delay...Sooner or later it will all come to an end...and it will all be worth it in the end...YAY!!!For now I am excited for my daughter's apperance in US embassy on march 30 for her CRBA...When we done our part we leave everything behind with our ALMIGHTY GOD!And there are so many good things happenings...Good luck as well...Hang in there and SMILE^_^

Ours it will turn 7 months this March 27, but still no Noa2 yet..i don't know the problem why it taking so long..we tried help from Congressman and made and info pass yesterday but no luck at all, im so depress and frustrated of this USCIS it breaking my heart so much..anyone of you here can share expert idea on what the best thing to do? we think we did everything but still no effect. HELP!!!
