Hey guys-

I have some questions. Me and Joanie are at the point w/NVC where we paid the IV bill(400) and the AOS fee(70), I am currently waiting for signed page of the DS230 from my wife in which should be here in the next week by "snail mail." Now, The AOS has not been sent off as of yet, because my co-sponsor hasn't filed '09 taxes, so we are also waiting for that. The questions are.... IF I get the signed DS230 before AOS is ready to be sent, can I send off the DS230 first then the AOS last? If I do that, would there be any problems with processing? Will NVC send over the forms to the Embassy and still setup an interview and can the medical part be taken care of w/o recieving the AOS..?
