I sent in my certified court records for a slew of drug posession charges and was approved in 107 days and in and out of NVC in 1 day.. They told me on the phone to send in the ORIGINALS NOT Photocopys... They were correct because it went right through with no problems or RFE's.

Correct, NVC only wants to see original documents, plus you should also send a photocopy of each document - in addition to the original.
