International Mail from NVC?

In the Affidavit of Support packet they sent me, it says that they also sent a copy of DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent form) to the sponsored immigrant, which in this case would be my dad in Taiwan. I am wondering, realistically, what are the chances that my dad would actually receive the form that they supposedly sent directly to him? Or pretty much don't rely on international mail sent from NVC?

By the way I've already emailed my dad a scanned copy of DS-3032 that the NVC sent me.

Don't rely on postal mail from NVC. Communicate via email.

nvc send a copy of my mom on jan 06/2010,I start working on the papework and now on march 26 is when she got her mail with the info ,almost 3 months after,so dont wait and start doing everything,international mail it is really bad and sometimes they don't even get any mail at all,Good luck
