I got a text message about an hour ago saying our NOA2 is approved!

Gen went to sleep about 2 hours ago and probably won't find out until she wakes up, so I'm sharing with all my friends here!

I'm really hoping she is here by June of this year!

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

We are both so excited! We had originally planned for her to be here by July of this year, but depending on the interview date, she could be here by the end of MARCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holy #######! I gotta clean my house, and empty her side of the closet, and get the garden planted, and get her a dresser, and buy welcome gifts, and actually use my treadmill, and shave, and I better get busy.... :bonk:
