SO MY sister will be filling her I-765 along with the following I-130, 1-485. We have a question on Q16? We are not sure what she falls into.

Her situation is she overstayed her b1 visa now she's married to a US citizen. HEr husband is petioning her so we are filling all three concurrently. I believe i dont see anything for her category.

I think c9 would be for her but we are not sure. Any help would be great.

If they're filing all three concurrently then c9 is the right category.
