I need help with the u.s. embassy in nigeria

My fiance package is in the embassy in nigeria. he went to pick up his package only to be told that he needs to send an email to them before he comes back to the embassy. He helps in the east of nigeria and he have to travel to lagos every time. can someone give me a working number for the visa unit of the embassy or tell me what i need to do to speed this up?

Send an email to the embassy requesting to know if they have received his package, you might not be able to get through on the phone so email is better and they respond in about a week. When they receive the package they will email you with the package attached and you can print them or forward via email to your fiance, they do not accept walk ins anymore. Hope this works for you. Go to the embassy website and you can print every thing he needs, including the letter to show to medical. He/you needs to send an email about when the interview date will be as they want to see that the interview is scheduled. K1 forms

Send and email to LagosIV@state.gov and they will respond with your interview date and the packet. If they send you that email they do not mail a hard copy. good luck buddy!
