I had an insider track to my Senator. My best friend is his pal, blah, blah. Even his office got the same vague bull roar from CSC. But, I did send him a nice laundry list of things that I witnessed from others on VJ, especially the horrid plight of the recalled petitions. They are looking at things closely. I urged a Congressional investigation into this cluster fu$k. I asked them to ask, what would happen if they actually had to implement a sweeping immigration reform. I shudder to think. IMBRA made them loose their minds and that was a simple questionaire.

I am thinking they don't have any leverage at all, those law makers.

March 15 here and still waiting. No tease touches yet either. Bloody hell! Maybe I should w/draw and them reapply.

Edited by MN&UK

March 9 - filed I-129F to Nebraska

March 15 - NOA#1

June 1 - transferred to CSC

July 11 - IMBRA RFE back with CSC

August 3 - NOA#2

August 6 - touched

I wouldn't waste the time at this point. It was helpful in the beginning to get the senators and congressmen involved because we had no information about IMBRA. Now, it's just down to the fact that CSC screwed up big time on the order of sending out IMBRA RFEs and are now ignoring NOA1 dates. There's nothing a senator or congressman can do about that . . .
