no NOAs yet for submitted AOS, EAD, and AP

We submitted my wife's AOS with the EAD and AP on March 9th. We checked with USPS online and even received a return receipt from them saying that the package has been delivered on March 11th. It has been 8 days since we sent it and we still didn't get any NOAs or emails from them to confirm that. The check hasn't been cashed in either. We've read the forums and found out that most of the applicants received their NOAs just a few days after they sent it. We're starting to worry now. Is there a number to call to check if they really received it?

Don't worry. You should received NOAs thru email or txt soon. Either by noon today or tomorrow.

Our package arrived on March 1st (according to Fedex tracking), and still we had no received any notification (mail or email). I am very worry also because everybody is getting their NOA very soon.

I called yesterday and they told me that I have to wait 30 days before calling again. It is very frustrating !!

Could you let me know if you get or know something?....

We are in the same boat as you. Mailed March 10th, delivered on the 12th. The check has not yet been cashed. Maybe both of our envelopes are in the same box?

Hi, you might wanna read the forum for March AOS filers which is under progress reports. Did you file at the Chicago lockbox? when did they officially get the packet? I think it takes about 8 working days or at least a week before you get texts and email confirmations that they got your application. Then it takes about 4 days after that to get the actual NOAs in the mail. If you attached the form for email notifications, you will be notified by text possibly this week since thats they average for most of us March filers.

Hi, i Filed my AOS and EAD on March 10 too and i got NOA hardcopy March 22.

We might have a problem because I wrote the check for $1010, then I wrote One thousand dollars... I then realized I left out the word ten and wrote it sideways in there. They might be rejecting the package because of that. I've been reading some threads that show how brutal USCIS can be about wording on checks.

Maybe I can argue with them if they make us resubmit and it causes any delays.
