Is there anyone out there whose K-1 petition got approved by USCIS more than two weeks ago, but NVC never received the case? Also, is there any official document to show a case can sometimes take up to 90 days from USCIS to get to NVC? I know I have to wait for four weeks. So, please help me share your story (if any) and advice.

Regards,

I had the same problem.I got a e-mail from my congressman office requesting my info so he can look into it.I also call and check with USCIS.My petition was approved Feb 1ST.It been 1 month and NVC never got it.Now,They told me it was amended and re-approved for March 10th.I still gonna send in my info that I can hopefully be better this time. It's at least look like the congressman office is doing there job unlike USCIS.Now,I just need to wait and see if NVC get it within the 2 weeks or 3 weeks of approval.

Hi! We got approved last March 8. After 4days my fiance start calling the NVC to ask if they already have our case. They always said, they have not receive it yet.But yesterday,my fiance called again and the person he spoke to said they don't have it yet but they gave us our Manila case number. That confused me.. How can they gave us our case number if they still don't have our case?
