Hi All,

Yesterday we sent our AOS and DS230 Docs to NVC...I would like to know how I can get the automated responses for my case status...I checked with my wife (who is calling NVC all these days) whether the AVR is asking for the case no first and then routing the call to the operator...She said, NO, Initially there will be Automatic voice and then the call directly end up with an operator....How to go with this...Is there any other number to call NVC to get an AVR....

When you call 603-334-0700 you press 2-1-1-2 enter the three letters of your case number, then they'll repeat it back to you, if it is correct press 1. Then you'll enter the 10 numbers from your case number and press #. They'll read that back to you. If that is correct press 1. Then you'll get your AVR message. It is only after that they will give you an option to talk to an operator.

Actually if you call the number...push 2, 1 for english, and then 5 you can talk directly to an operator during their hours of operation.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
