First off, how do I use the spell-checker?

I'm waiting till she's 44 so I can trade her in for TWO 22s.

I used to say the same thing. I wouldn't trade a 44 for two-22s, a M1886 lightweight rifle in .45-90, a S&W New Century Triple Lock, AND the Swedish bikini team. You just have no clue...hang in there Slim, it gets better.

Would you not trade A 44 or YOUR 44? There is a difference, you know!

Ensure your beneficiary makes and brings with them to the States a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination form)

If the government is going to force me to exercise my "right" to health care, then they better start requiring people to exercise their Right to Bear Arms. - "Where's my public option rifle?"

I like my 44 Russian. Much more potent than a 44 American. Then there is always the 44-40 in case you can't make up your mind.

That's an excellent point. I also like the 22/45.

Oh No - will there be a recall on VWs in Russia? EEK!

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I doubt it.

One of the wonderful "texture" things of the former Soviet Union is that there is a complete lack of private practice personal injury attorneys. You can tell right away when the trolley tracks run right next to the childrens playground and there is no fence between them. I would mention this to Alla before we came here..."You will not see THAT in the USA" I would say. She would say "Ukrainian children know not to play on trolley tracks, they could get killed, are American children just stupid?" :bonk:

the Russians and Ukrainians that were not killed by this incident will learn a lesson from it. Consider it "natural selection"

I don't know Slim. First we all had the 44 Americans, but it wasn't much bang for the buck and the outside lubrication simply is not efficient. Messy stuff and who wants to bother with it? The 44 Russian is a clear improvement, kind of a linear, natural progression. Try the American, find out it is lacking and move on to the Russian. The Russian gives much more bang for the buck and the inside lubrication just is tough to beat. That is why it has virtually obsoleted the American. The 22/45 just seems a contradiction in terms, an oxymoron. It simply isn't linear. I like linear. I like inside lubrication.

I've switched from lacquer coated to polymer.

Absolutely!

Polymer is so much softer and it warms up better as well.

OK, yeah, that's what I thought. PLUS only ONE dies from carbon monoxide!
