one question about the police clearance:

my fiancee is from the Philippines, but is living in china now. she will be returning to the philippines in august. in regards to getting police clearance, will she need to get that from china (since she's lived there over 1 year) or will the police clearance in the philippines cover her stay in China?

thanks...

Generally available, reliable. Persons should apply for a certificate of no criminal record at the local Public Security Bureau (PSB) (or certain types of employers such as state owned enterprises), then make application to the notary office for a certificate based on the PSB document. Persons without a criminal record will be able to obtain a certificate to that effect.

She will need police clearance from china it would be best if she could get it before she leaves. she can apply her clearance in the police Headquarter in the city/town where she lives at.
