Our process has been very fast and want it to keep it this way, but ran into a bump in the road in this economy and my job has ended. I relocated with other family member in a differnt state.

I just started a new job (thank god) and now AOS processing fee has been PAID as it states and now I was told to file one of the four fourms. Yes I did read but how I am I am very confussed. The CSR over the phone told me to file the best that suites me. SO I came here.

This is why I am here anyone who got into this kind of mess. What would the best fourm fit to me? If more information needed to help decide please get to me.

Thank You

Jason

Hmmm...

Your question seems unclear - You are asking about K-3 doing AOS (to get a PR/Green Card) correct?

Tell us more so we can help better please. star_smile.gif

Then you are pursuing a CR1 visa, not AOS pending. You probably want to use the I-864EZ. There are three questions on the first page you would fill out. If you can answer all three with YES, then that's the one for you. If not, it would be the I-864. Read all instructions carefully particularly the one that says don't count anybody twice. This means when it asks you to enter a 1 for your spouse, just leave it blank or you'll be counting twice. Trust me on this.
