hy everyone,

this is our story: me and my fiancee we have 3 years since we are togheter. we decide to get marry and we want to apply for cr1 visa.

so my fiancee (american citizen) will come in my country for 3 weeks to visit me and we want to get marry then in my country.after 3 weeks he will go back to USA.

my question is if we can get marry in my country and after he come back in USA to apply for visa.or we must apply from my country?how it works?
