Pru, sorry to hear that. I would look at the time lines of those that are receiving NOA2's. It looks like they are on March 2nd NOA1 dates right now. So you should be coming up next week.

To have the the transcripts faxed to you, you have be at the fax machine while on the phone with them. They won't fax it to you if you aren't there to receive it.

and so...USCIS is indeed taking soo much time.. looking at timelines now, too optimistic to expect mine before July. Just hope it is not an RFE after all these loong wait..

I'm calling to get my tax transcripts right now. Just need to see if I can be sneaky or not . If you want them mailed to you, all you have to do is give your SSN and address (numbers on your house only). any stalker could do that. The only thing is that you can't specify where you want them to be sent. For faxing (which I'm in hold for right now) says name, DOB, SSN, address on your returns, and filing status. I will ask if you can call on behalf of your spouse or not.

How fast do they process the fax option?

I have heard that they do it right then. I got all the way to "are you a the fax machine right now?" and then when I said no, the guy told me that they can't send it without me verifying that I receive the fax. So, my guess would be instantaneously. The wait to speak to a representative is 10-20 minutes.

WOW, that is amazing. If my hard copy mail does not come in on time, I will try to ask for them to fax it.

March 2010, I don't know when you asked for them to send you the papers but you have about a week or so (depending on when you get your case number) to wait for the NVC case number and then the bill to show up and then for it to register as paid. C'mon more good news for March filers today!!!!

I mailed it to IRS June 17th. Looks like I should be fine.

Hi all, family files in March, in spite of being the first time I write, I read every one of the messages they write and I learned a lot from you.

I decided to write today, because I want to share this excitement, maybe a little, but you know what I mean. 5 min ago, go to the USCIS paguina to look through our cases and I was surprised, because they touched our case this afternoon, because in the morning had come up and as always all the same with last March 25.

Now I'm happy, I will come soon, this long-awaited approval, which has so much meaning for everyone what we have here, is finally to be with our wives and husbands, forming the family for our wedding.

14/12/2009: Marriage

02/26/2010: I-130 Sent Sending separate packages one by me and another for my son, with their annexes and individual payments

05/03/2010: We received NOAs1 (I-130) via e-mail

17/03/2010: We received NOAs1 (I-130) cetificacion official by mail

18/03/2010: I-129F ship with a copy of (I-797c)

03/23/2010: NOA1 received (I-129F)

6/23/2010: Touched !!!!!!! both cases

In your NOA-1, does the middle name for beneficiary is listed ? Since, I haven't seen middle name of mine in our NOA-1. Is this routine or should I ask my wife to call USCIS and correct it ?

i don't know because japanese people don't have middle names! haha.

it will probably be fine without it. not too sure though.

Also is it true that you can't be a Japanese citizen without taking on a Japanese name? And that it is next to impossible to become a Japanese citizen?

Mine isn't listed there and I have a middle name. I also have two last names and they're listed there
