I feel so tired and weak in my muscles now. I want someone to just carry me and massage my melting muscles for a solid 30 minutes or until I fall asleep. Then I want to wake up to the smell of fresh but slowly cooked duck confit served with crunchy steamed asparagus with rich lemon butter sauce reduction. While eating that, I should realize that big project I am working on is 98% complete and I only have to sign the document and it’s 100%. Then I want to be celebrated by the river with a impromptu concert by local, struggling artists who are miserable but yet have time to sing. Then I want to get into my Maserati Quattroporte and floor it, only to be rear-ended by a girl from local university. Then I forgive her and become a local hero for my compassion. I go on to create a scholarship at that same university for struggling students. I haven't had a good night sleep last night. I'm fading to somewhere. I see these two horses. But they have horns. What kind of horses has 3 horns? It makes so noses. Wait, #######. The right one just slipped on bowl. Who leaves a bowl on the middle of the road. Especially a Chinese rice bowl. That's dangerous. Why can the horse still walk with only 3 legs? Man, this makes no sense at all. There's a mushroom jumping on the back of a girl. WHAT THE? Wait's it's not a girl. It's a mannequin with wings. Damn, why would someone drive their speedboat through a dancing mushroom? I feel exhausted. I'm going back to shehlep...

Why don’t you sit right there and I tell you a story. A story about a sexy female chemist who kept a dairy detailing every steps she took after punching out from her lab everyday at exactly 11:59AM. She’d be gone for exactly 54 minutes and return exactly the way she left except five new pages of her dairy had been written about exactly what she did during that 54 minutes. She started each day’s memoir the same way, with same salutations “dear readers”. It was as if she knew people would be reading her dairy. Maybe it was a sense of egotism in her blonde hair, blue eyes, and dark black eyebrows. Or maybe she just wanted to be famous someday.

As soon as she finished putting the comma on her salutation, instinctively she would turn 90 degrees, never lifting her face from her black leather bound dairy. One would think she was reading the Bible intently and not writing. Biting her gold pen, she would sit only to have her buttock greeted by the scathing iron bench. If she weren’t so mesmerized in her dairy, she would’ve flinched. She continued to write:

I write to you on this hot afternoon of a Maine Summer day. I hear the birds chirp and the ducks quack. Again, today I promised not to sit on this very bench but I found myself unable to resist. It has been 41 days I have been sitting on this spot exactly like the way I am sitting now. I can feel the hot iron bench searing my gluttons. The other day I dared look in the mirror and sure enough it was red and blemished. Why do I sit here every day for 54 minutes, I don’t know. But I do know that I do this willingly yet there’s something compelling me to do repeat these exact same steps every day. Lately I have been questioning my sanity. Am I insane? How an insane chemist could be given directorship of that lab. Not just any lab. That lab!

We are running our gamma test on the subject. The results have been promising. But still no breakthrough. I have become obsessed with this to the point that even my mother doesn’t bother to call me anymore. Somehow I feel relieved and liberated. Now I can focus solely on the gamma tests. I can feel it in my bones. I’m close. I’m close to doing what no one else has ever done.

I only need time. Just a bit more time. I hope they understand. It’s not time yet. Can’t they understand? This sort of things cannot be rushed. I cannot leave yet. I cannot leave just now. I’ve worked too hard and I’m only this much away from it. I will finish this. I will do this. I will make best duck confit recipe in the world. If it’s the last thing I do in my life.

Got a phone call from my wife. She is having stress related problems. I told her she needs to learn how to relax and not take everything personal. She is just use to living a simple life I guess. Maybe I need to be more understanding ... Naahhh :hehe:

She did send me the final Police NBI so she has all of her stuff done except for the small things. I will give here a day or two then ask her why she has not do those items yet haha...:rofl:
