01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

29-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview letter on hand

01-SEP-2017 -:- N400 interview date - Interview passed

You don't want an RFE!!!! That would just delay you further. Maybe the officer thinks you are good lookin' and decided to look at your case again. :). I keep feeling like today is Saturday but it isn't. We still have some time today to hear some good news!

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

I told everyone this week we would see some ACTION!!! I knew it.. Well.. If they send me an RFE I will just send them what they want.. At lease i would know that it wont be 6 months. :dance:

I wanted to share my good news. My I-130 got approved today :-)

Oh how exciting! Congratulations March2010! Hopefully you'll bring us some good vibes and we'll all get our approvals soon. yes.gif I've been checking my case daily and no touches, no nothing! This process is definitely stressful. I sometimes regret not going to the US and filing for an Adjustment of Status! That would'v been so much simpler...

Geezzzz are you sure? I hope it was a vision of the immediate future. I got two touches but, I never got the email or phone alerts. I have them both setup, and I have no way of checking to see if I input the info properly. If I got an NOA2, I guess I wouldn't know until i got the notice Snail Mail.

Totosan we are on the same boat. I'm scared that people with later dates will get approved before we do :unsure:. Lets pray that ours come in next week!!
