Just got another email and text message just now stating that my I-129F was approved too. That was approved in like 5 or 6 days from its NOA1.

I think - personally - people should send in their I-129F's ASAP. I feel that sending the I-129F helps speed up the approval. Again, I do not have inside information, and I am just guessing, but why not send it in anyway.

Congrats March2010. good luck on the rest of your journey.

I disagree with your theory on the I-129f though. your noa1 to noa2 was 107 days? That is about the average or somewhere near the average of what they were saying it would be isn't it?

Congrate March 2010,

If 95-115 days are about average, then from 107 days I still have around 22 days of waiting left before I hear any news or get approval. Thats 3 weeks

How many of us are over say 110 days? Just glad its getting closer. I dont mind as I need this time anyway because I dont have all my paper work in hand from the wife. She just completed it and put it in the mail. Finally...

The average days between NOA1 and NOA2 is 76 days. Friends, I speak the truth. To calculate the average, I disregarded anything that took less than 50 days. Those are either extremely lucky folks or incapable of properly filling in their timeline.

Thank you. I did qualify that theory:

"I do not have inside information, and I am just guessing, but why not send it in anyway."

I hope I'm wrong so I won't feel so bad for not sending my I-129F way sooner.

I wish good luck to everbody.
