Guys, looks like the approval is creeping along slowly. They very last approval for was from NOA1 date 09-MAR-2010.

I'm a late April NOA1 holder. Still a bit to go. Do you think a month more or a month and half more?

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

In hindsight, I am thinking that sending the I-129f back in March would have been a good idea. After february I-130 forms came to a halt, and maybe it's possible that I-129f forms would have been approved before I-130 forms. I would suggest all future applicants to submit the 129F form. That's my opinion.

Here is another NVC don't do tip: If you make a mistake in the payment portal, don't call NVC and wait for 20 minutes for an operator to assist you. They just tell you that you have to wait for the payment to be rejected. I thought maybe they'd be able to help me. Guess not!

*~Cr1 Journey~* CSC

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

Teya, you said you will take your time on NVC, if I remember correctly. So do that, take it easy. You are not ready with AOS anyway. Remember: Haste makes waste.

I kind of thought so too, so I sent out I-129F last week. Maybe, I should have done it as soon as had gotten my NOA1 for I-130 back in March.

Yeah.. Because initially people were thinking that the K3 was dead because CR/1 filings were being approved so quickly. But those who filed after February are having a much longer wait. I think it's very possible the I-129F could have reached NVC because K1 petition approvals are being handed out like candy. Oh well.. I will organize my documents to send out my 129F this week.. It cant hurt at this point. Especially if the CR/1 is heading toward 6 month waiting periods.

Hey Boldee, are you sure that your NOA1 is March 16? I know I made the mistake of using the date posted on the USCIS website which was March 15th. I later found out that it was touched on that date and my actual NOA date was March 11 which was indicated on my letter. I only ask because you sent your I-130 form on March 3rd, one day after me. :)
